2. Pairing
Within a week of completing the form, we will reach out to you with an email containing the your tutor's information, including their name, grade, short bio of qualifications, and contact information.
If there are no tutors available. We will put you on a waitlist, and work to find you a tutor as soon as possible!
3. Introductory Meeting
Once paired with your tutor, they will reach out to you (or you can reach out to them) to set up a 30 minute introductory meeting that is free of charge. It is recommended that you use this time to discuss:
- Time, length, and frequency of lessons. Classes typically meet once a week for 1 hour each time.
- Clarify preferred method of communication
- Student's learning goals (What does your student wish to accomplish with their tutor? Is there a specific book such as AOPS which your student prefers to learn from? How will your tutor structure the classes?)
4. Enjoy!
