About Our Latin Classes
This class is open to middle school students interested in starting or learning more about Latin reading and grammar. All levels of Latin experience are welcome! Latin tutoring will focus on either laying the foundations of grammar and vocabulary, or expanding that knowledge through more practice and reading. Learning Latin is an extremely valuable skill to create a foundation of linguistics, and even can help improve writing and grammar in English. The class will move at the pace of the student in a way that will best help them improve their skills.

Lily Noyes is a junior at Wayland High School. She is a dedicated student who enjoys languages and math, and is so excited to share her love for learning with others! Outside of school, Lily loves to row competitively, spend time with friends and family, play the piano, and read all kinds of books.

Kayden Miller is a junior at the Roxbury Latin School in West Roxbury. He has been taking Latin for over 4 years since the 7th grade. He is currently enrolled in AP Latin and has taken Honors Latin every year prior when it was available. He participates in the Classics Club at Roxbury Latin, and has taken part in multiple certamens (Latin

In his free time, Kayden enjoys playing soccer at Roxbury Latin and outside of school, wrestling, and running track.
