Outreach Team:
Our Outreach Team is in charge of growing our organization by managing our social media accounts, creating advertisements, and reaching out to other organizations. There are many different roles on our outreach team. Some of the options are as following:
- Designing content/advertisements on Canva for our Instagram and other social media outlets. If you are interested, you can also try drawing some graphics for our instagram! (preferably digital art)
- Reaching out to different schools and organizations for potential partnerships
- Creating more personal content like Tiktoks/Instagram Reels/Introduction Videos
- New** Managing and finding content from tutors to create content that shows what the experience of AA Tutoring is like
Operations Team:
Our Operations Team manages AA Tutoring's logistical components. Whether is answering questions from curious parents, assigning students to a best-match tutor, or interviewing new tutor applicants, operations managers ensure that the organization keeps running as smooth as possible. If you are organized, fluent in email writing, and good at communication, we would love to have you on our Operations Team.
Finance Team:
Our Finance Team keeps track of our donations to Mass General Hospital. Responsibilities include keeping track of all of our students' payments and contacting parents to ensure that donations are made accordingly.
Curriculum Creators:
Our Curriculum Creators are in charge of gathering and organizing potential resources and materials for tutors to use.
Admissions to the Managment team is on a rolling basis. Please make sure that you apply/sign up as soon as possible so that we can find a place for you! Curriculum team will always have available positions.
